Our spacious family suites offer plenty of room to feel at home. With loving childcare available seven days a week, parents can enjoy some well-deserved time for themselves, while children make new friends and create unforgettable holiday memories.
Water fun is guaranteed at Kröller. Our Aquapark features exciting water slides, a 100-metre tube slide, a large indoor pool, and the Baby Beach for our youngest guests. During the summer months, our heated outdoor pool invites the whole family to swim and relax while enjoying beautiful mountain views.
For action and adventure, the Captain K Hall offers a trampoline park, dodgeball, mini soccer, basketball shoot-out, and a Mixed Reality Actionplay experience. Our two-storey soft play area provides even more space to climb, explore, and have fun. In the children's theatre, regular shows, events, and movie screenings keep young guests entertained.
While the children are having the time of their lives, adults can enjoy some well-earned relaxation in our wellness area with various saunas and peaceful relaxation rooms, stay active in the fitness room, or end the day with a drink in our cosy hotel bar.
In summer, the included Gerlos and Königsleiten mountain lifts provide direct access to the breathtaking alpine world of the Zillertal Alps. In winter, families can enjoy our private ski lift, our own children's ski school, complimentary uphill sleds, and fun-filled curling sessions together. The vast Zillertal Arena ski area is just a few minutes away.

This is a place where big and little guests feel right at home: a bedroom with views toward the lake, depending on the layout either with a cozy snuggly nook perfect for daydreaming and relaxing.
The kids’ room features three beds – including a cool new-generation bunk bed that’s sure to spark some adventure. There’s also a walk-in wardrobe, a spacious walk-in shower to start the day, a double sink with plenty of counter space, and a separate toilet – super practical!
TV, internet, a baby monitor, and a balcony for fresh air and family chill time are all included.

This unit offers a cozy bedroom with a comfortable sitting area, a separate children’s room (some with cool bunk beds), a walk-in wardrobe, and a modern, feel-good shower. The double washbasin with ample counter space ensures extra convenience, and there’s a separate WC for added comfort. Cable TV, internet, baby monitor, and a balcony for relaxing moments are naturally included.
Tip: This unit can even be combined with our Junior Suite – perfect when you need a bit more space!

Rustic Apartment in the Main House – For 2 to 4 People
Cozy, practical, and full of authentic Tyrolean charm! Our rustically furnished apartment in the main house features a double bedroom for the grown-ups and a separate children's room with single beds – perfect for little adventurers.
Especially practical: The apartment offers two bathrooms and two toilets – ideal when everyone wants to get going at the same time in the morning. Depending on the apartment, there is either a bathtub or a shower – both options are available across the apartments, but not necessarily in every single one. You'll also find a TV, telephone, and a balcony for fresh air and beautiful views.
The apartments vary in size and layout – each one has its own unique character. Some even feature a charming sloped ceiling that adds to the cozy atmosphere.
Good to know: There is no elevator in the main house – the stairs will keep you moving during your holiday. But don’t worry – we’re happy to help with your luggage!
For 2 People – A Cozy Retreat to Feel at Home
A comfy bedroom filled with natural light and a snug sitting area to relax and unwind. There’s plenty of space in the wardrobe for all your holiday outfits, a spacious walk-in shower to start the day refreshed, and a washbasin with lots of counter space to keep everything in place. Our double rooms in the main house are charmingly rustic – perfect for anyone who loves a touch of alpine tradition! Each room comes with everything you need for a relaxing stay: a private bathroom with shower and WC, radio, satellite TV, telephone, and a balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air and lovely views.
Room sizes vary, giving each space its own unique character. Some rooms even feature sloped ceilings that add an extra cozy feel.
Good to know: There’s no elevator in the main house – so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with a stroller or heavy luggage.
For 2 to 7 People – Spacious, Cozy & with Mountain Views!
Three bedrooms with views of the stunning Zillertal mountains – the perfect way to start your day! Plus a private living room for hanging out, playing games, or simply putting your feet up.
